Legal Advice

For our customers who subscribe to”both” the Operating Agreement and LLC formation, IRA Village, through our affiliated law firm, offers legal advice and guidance free for the first 12 months.

This service is provided by attorneys experienced in tax and the law applicable to IRAs. IRA Village is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For customers whose custodian requires a “Special Advisor” (e.g. PENSCO Trust Company), an attorney with our affiliated law firm will serve as the special advisor without any additional fee for the first 12 months. A special advisor includes an attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in the laws applicable to IRAs including tax, ERISA, and Labor Law.***

For all customers, the attorneys are available to answer simple and routine questions prior to purchasing our services. There is no charge for simple and routine questions.

To reach one of the attorneys you can either call or, for more detailed issues, schedule an appointment:

The phone number is: 877-686-7133

These attorneys are also available at a negotiated fixed fee to provide you additional services such as:

  • Draft opinion letters
  • Prepare LLC tax returns
  • Draft or review lease agreements
  • Draft or review employment agreement
  • Draft or review sales and purchase agreements.
  • Establish solo 401ks and legal entity

***Disclaimer: The free legal advice is limited to routine matters concerning the establishment and operation of your IRA LLC. It does not include complex matters, drafting of contracts, or other matters requiring extensive time or research.

I had been wanting to do this but was afraid that it would be too costly or complicated. This site answered all questions and I was able to communicate directly with an attorney. Thank you!
